Molly Lisenco; a native New Yorker knew at a young age that the path of the actor was the only one she was destined to take. Following in the footsteps of her parents joined SAG (Screen Actors Guild) in 1993.
She was destined to either be a ham or eat one. Molly studied at the prestigious Frank Sinatra School of the Arts in Queens NY from 2003 - 2007 with a focus in Theater/Musical Theater. While there she was able to take part in full productions and showcases while gaining the basic skills and techniques she needed to start her career.
After high school Molly continued her theatrical studies at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University earning her Bachelor of Fine Arts for Theater/Acting in the spring of 2011, graduating cum laude and with the highest of honors. While at C.W. Post she became an integral part of the residential theater company (PTC) and a strong leader and company coach. She was given the opportunity to study with many talented teachers, professional artists and outside directors who helped to shape her not only as a person but her focus and craft as well
After graduating Molly began to carve her path through the theater world. Working frequently with multiple avant-garde theater groups such as AlphaNYC and La Petite Morgue, she also jumped back into the improv world with a few indie improv teams before finally taking the plunge and following her dream of stand up comedy.
Between open mics and everything else that comes her way; Molly helped to create Big Mutts Productions a production company which produces a monthly comedy show at Branded Saloon in Brooklyn.
She looks forward to all future projects and experiences to come!
